WHAT IS LENT? Lent marks the 40 days leading up to Easter, mirroring the forty days Jesus spent in the wilderness. It is a practice that began during the 4th century as a way to prepare Christians for the holiest days of the year.
All are invited to join us as we begin Lent 2025 on Wednesday, March 5th.
• Supper will be served at 5:30pm in the fellowship hall. On the menu-Taco Salad (fajita chicken, ground beef, beans, veggies, toppings, chips, etc) and dessert-freewill donations accepted.
• Our Ash Wednesday Worship Service will be at 6:30 pm in the Sanctuary. All are Welcome! 100% pure palm ash!
